Refund and Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
• Refunds are only applicable if a booked service is not delivered by the scheduled provider.
• Refunds will not be issued for services that were delivered, late arrivals, client rescheduling, or any client-initiated changes after booking.
2. How to Request a Refund
• Submit a refund request via the website within 24 hours of your scheduled service.
• Include your booking reference number and a brief description of the issue.
3. Processing Time
• Refund requests will be reviewed within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
• Services that were partially delivered or completed.
• Client cancellations after the provider has been dispatched.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors beyond Itura’s control.
